Jona A. Wright, EdD brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to #HRevolution. By trade a NYS teacher and administrator, we discuss Jona's non-traditional career path focused on people development, program design, end-user experience and co-creation, giving her a different perspective on the modern practice of Human Resources.
Jona provides insights on how her pathway, research in innovation and mindset, and learning from others has provided her with the knowledge and skills to bring value and breakthrough thinking to all levels of an organization. She speaks on the continued importance of a strong focus on our people and what is means to be a true business partner.
