Igor reminds us that “analytics is about relationships” understanding this and using science to our advantage will help to grow HR as a value creator within the business as we move forward in the new world of work.
HR Analytics, Psychometric analysis and understanding of the business will help us to become more “scientific” in our approach to human capital, increasing the return on investment we are already making in our people, in order to improve business outcomes. Igor mentioned that businesses have long overlooked employee wellbeing, but understanding this today has become paramount for the long-term success of the organization.
